Fringe Central
A home away from home for artists, industry and media at the Edinburgh Fringe.
At Fringe Central we offer support on all aspects of participating in the Fringe, as well as practical services for those visiting the Fringe, such as access to a printer and free wifi.
Fringe Central artist services
Fringe Central is a welcoming, inclusive space dedicated specifically to Fringe artists, where they can access Fringe Society services, meet fellow Fringe artists or just grab a tea or coffee and escape the buzz of the festival. It will be open daily throughout the festival, and any artist from any venue will receive a warm and friendly welcome from the Fringe Society team. This space is for anyone, and everyone involved with bringing a show to the Fringe.
We work with local mental health charity Health in Mind to provide mental health and wellbeing support at Fringe Central. Their services include bookable, one-hour, person-centred support sessions which are tailored to your needs, providing an opportunity to explore any difficulties you might be having while performing at the Fringe. These sessions can be before or during the Fringe. To book a session, please email fringe@health-in-mind.org.uk.
The Fringe Society offers year-round support and services to Fringe artists, including advice on connecting with industry, support creating press materials and guidance around managing and improving ticket sales or resolving any problems with their show. All of these services will be available in person at the Fringe Central.

Fringe Central media and arts industry services
Fringe Central is also open to industry and media from late July. The arts industry and the media represent two vital components of the Fringe ecosystem, providing Fringe artists with significant opportunities to increase their profile and progress their careers beyond the festival.
The offices are here to support the accredited arts industry and media with on-the-ground support while they’re in Edinburgh. Arts Industry and media can collect their passes and make use of the desk access and co-working space, along with the free wi-fi.

All Fringe Central events are listed on Fringe Connect, and are free to registered Fringe participants.
You can reserve a free ticket for the events but please note that entrance will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Reserving a ticket just ensures that you are kept up to date with the event information.
Don’t worry! Entrance to the events is on a first-come, first-served basis so your booking won't prevent someone else from attending. However, it would be helpful if you could cancel your ticket just so that we have an idea of numbers.
